yin yoga
It is a static practice focused on deep stretching of the whole body. It is based on Ayurvedic knowledge and Chinese medicine. Yin-style postures help loosen ligaments, gain body elasticity, and calmly let out emotional knots through practice. Yin is ideal for balancing stress and managing the increasing speed of life we lead today. It is also very beneficial for athletes, who can thus complement the effort with a deep stretch.
