WELCOME TO A BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY NAMED
YIN YOGA
One of my biggest goals as a Yoga teacher has always been the maximum adaptation of the practice for each of my students. Yin Yoga was integrated into my yogic teaching and philosophy years ago, flourishing with the uniqueness in each of my sessions.
Yin is a method, invented by Paulie Zink and is based on a compilation of yogic asanas, Chinese medicine and knowledge of the human nervous system. Yin practice is always slow, introspective, observant and mindful. All the Yin postures are designed to be able to remain in each one of them for a few minutes, and they are adapted to the level of each one of the students. Yin adjustments allow both beginners to experience a beneficial and complete practice, as well as people with a more advanced level to immerse themselves in its effects.
Each of my Yin Yoga classes is a unique journey within oneself, intertwined with my deep voice and profound ambient music. Focused on the physical level on the deep stretching of the fascia, Yin practice allows to loosen certain emotional blockages through a deep stretching and generally relax the entire central nervous system, calm thoughts and slow down the vital rhythm.
Yin Yoga is ideal as a single constant practice and also as an accompaniment to the most active Yoga practice, including sports.
